In the last days of autumn the great grapes are harvested gently by hand. Afterwards the grapes relax four to six hours on the mush and ferment spontaneously. The aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve the origin.

A heavily and profoundly marly clay soil characterizes the site Geiersberg, which is in dizzy height above Dittelsheim. There develops a complex Riesling with precise structure, concentrated fruit and cool, salty finish.
