Our basic wines are harvested selectively by hand early in the morning. After a short periode of maceration we press the grapes gently and let them ferment in a natural way. In this part the flora of our vineyards and our cellar play a crucial role for the resulting flavour. The expansion and aging mainly take place in stainless steel.

Bright shining, yellow fruity wine with fine acidity and a share of 15 percent, which is aged in wooden barrels. This adds spice an intensity to this white wine made of berries with rose berry skin
