On limey soils around our hometown Dittelsheim grow these grapes, which are harvested selectively by hand within sunset. Afterwards the berries spend some time on the mush to detach their typical flavours and the minerality of the berry skins. After the spontaneous fermentation the Riesling ages in stainless steel tanks. The Pinots age in traditional 500 liter oak barrels, the red ones age even two years.

A full-bodied Pinot Gris with subtile toasty flavours, intensive yellow fruit and spicy cream by over 40 years old vines.
