The grapes of our VDP.ORTSWEINE grow on the limeest soils around our hometown. Within sunrise the hand-picking begins. Afterwards the grapes spend a few hours on the mush to extract the uniqube flavours of the berry skins. After the spontaneous fermentation the Weißburgunder ages in oak barrels

Delicate fragrance of local pome fruits. On the tongue, the Burgundy presents racy and cool with light oak tones.
